Design: the genomic DNA was extracted using the Qiagen Genomic-tip 20/G kit (Qiagen). For MiniSeq sequencing DNA library was prepared using the Nextera XT Library Prep Kit and Nextera XT Index Kit (Illumina) according to the manufacturers instructions. For MinION sequencing library preparation was performed with the SQK-RBK004 Rapid Barcoding Kit and was subsequently using a FLO-MIN106 R9.4 flow cell (Oxford Nanopore Technologies). Hybrid assembly of Illumina short reads and MinION long reads were performed using the hybrid assembler Unicycler.
